All services, service packages and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable. The price paid may be applied towards other services available at Coquette Med Spa. Products can be returned, unopened, for a refund within 14 days from date of purchased.

Because of the time constrains of our providers, ample notice is required for scheduling appointments. We request that cancellations be made 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you do not cancel or re-schedule an appointment 24 hours in advance, a $45 fee may be charged.

Deposit Requirement for Medical Weight Loss Consultation

A $45 deposit is required to secure your medical weight loss consultation appointment and will be applied to your $75 consultation Fee the day of your consultation. This deposit will be non-refundable if the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
